1. Digital products, no refunds
Everything sold on this website, readings, ebooks, and other materials, is digital content supplied electronically. Because this content is made available to you immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered, save where a refund is required by applicable mandatory law.
2. Your consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal (EU)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, Article 16(m) of that Directive provides that this right does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
Accordingly, by completing your purchase you expressly:
- request that we begin supplying the digital content to you immediately;
- consent to that immediate performance; and
- acknowledge and agree that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal and your right to a refund once delivery has begun.
3. Entertainment, no guarantee of outcome
As set out in our Terms of Service, all Services are provided for entertainment purposes only, and no result or outcome is promised. Dissatisfaction with the content, interpretation, or outcome of a reading is not a basis for a refund.
4. Problems with your order
We want you to receive what you paid for. If your file fails to arrive, arrives corrupted, or you were charged more than once in error, please contact us within 14 days at contact@moirablacach.com and we will put it right, for example by re-sending the file or correcting a genuine duplicate or technical billing error. This does not affect the “no refunds” position for delivered digital content.
5. Payment provider
Checkout is handled by third-party providers (including Gumroad), whose own refund and dispute processes may also apply. Where their mandatory policies or your local statutory rights require otherwise, those requirements prevail.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any consumer rights you may have under mandatory law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
